A lovely calming bedtime stretch with mindful breathwork to send you off into a peaceful sleep. You don’t even need a mat for this session, you can do it from bed in your PJs. So put on something comfy, dim the lights, put on our calming playlist and wind down from the day with me. This class is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.
