DAY 1
: 45 min sculpt, tone + lengthen pilates
DAY 2
: 15 min quick + fiery pilates circuit
DAY 3
: 30 min wake up full body w/ core focus
DAY 4
: 25 min full body stretch + release
DAY 5
: 50 min signature full body pilates
DAY 6
: 20 min barre inspired pilates w/ chair
DAY 7
: 30 min tone + restore pilates
DAY 8:
20 min pilates arms
DAY 9:
45 min dynamic signature full body pilates
DAY 10:
30 min chilled + strong core + glutes
DAY 11:
15 min peaceful stretch, walk, fresh air + relax
DAY 12:
30 min sculpt + lengthen pilates
