This gentle 10 minute moving meditation will take you through a series of calming stretches and breathwork to promote a restful nights sleep. Tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system, ease any muscle and joint pain, calm the mind and get ready for a restful sleep. Please bring along some cushions and if you wish, some essential oils too. We recommend doing this class somewhere comfortable, or even in bed.
