A juicy 15 minute stretch focusing on lower body. We use the resistance band to deepen the stretches. Recommended for anyone with tight calves or hamstrings, or those who enjoy running, spin or hiit classes. If you don’t have a resistance band, you can try using a dressing gown cord instead!
