Using your body only, this class will take you through a sequence of low impact moves focusing on toning the inner thighs. All you need is yourself and a mat. Note: This class is suitable for trimesters one and two of pregnancy. Remember to skip out rolling directly up during transitions and instead, roll onto your side to come up to seated.
