15 // pilates to wind down

A 15 minute class to promote calmness, de-stress, slow down and release tension in the body. We start this class seated, focusing on the breath and releasing tension around the neck and shoulders. We then move onto the mat to mobilise the spine, then into prone position to open up the front of the body and then finishing in childs pose. Find a quiet space, light a candle, roll out your mat and enjoy.
