15 // upper + lower body burn

A short but fiery upper and lower body Pilates burn. During this class, we use a mini resistance band to feel the burn, however if you don’t have one, you could use a long resistance band or mini hand weights for the upper body section or just your own body throughout. Equipment is optional. Note: This class is pregnancy safe and most suitable during trimesters one and two.
