A 20 minute arms, glutes and legs focused class, using the mini band. Whilst you will feel the burn, this class is quite relaxing too – we spend the start sitting down, then we move to lying down, so it’s perfect if you’ve had a long day or you’re low on energy, but still want to move your body in a low impact, gentle way.
