A full body toning pilates class using the magic circle. This class starts lying on our backs focusing on legs, glutes and inner thighs. We then move to all fours, focusing on full body before transitioning to arms and then finishing off side lying with a focus on inner thighs and legs. Get ready to feel the magic circle burn!
