Trimester 2 (12-20 weeks) 20 minute prenatal low impact cardio pilates – mat based. To add a little extra challenge, you can add in small hand weights throughout (bala bands or 1kg hand weights). As with all prenatal classes, please listen to your body and rest as needed.
