We have a new class for you… A lower body focused Pilates class using a chair/stool. If you struggle with balance during our Standing Series classes, this one will be a great one for you, offering that extra stability throughout the movements. This class focuses on legs, inner / outer thighs and glutes. Optional ankle weights for extra Pilates burn!
