Just under 25 minutes of Pilates inspired movement, with a little energising cardio added in. This class is there for you when you’re in need of a boost of energy, endorphins and perhaps even fancy getting a little sweaty! Hand weights are optional, but can be added for extra burn. Hope you enjoy!
