A 25 minute glutes and lower body focused yoga flow from our guest teacher Laura Dodd. This class moves around the mat, so we recommend having your device somewhere central for when you practice. This is a strong class, so if you’re new to yoga, please take it at your own pace and rest or break as needed. If you need to come into child’s pose or take some breaths in downward dog, please do. Optional equipment: one or two yoga blocks (or thick books work well too).
