A new low impact Pilates inspired cardio class designed to challenge you, get your heart rate up and get your body warm (and maybe a little sweaty!), with a 5 minute cool down stretch at the end. This class is recommended for those who have joined our classes before, not complete beginners. To remain low impact throughout, you can skip any of the jump options provided. All you need is yourself and a mat. Enjoy!
