In just under 30 minutes, this calming Pilates class will guide you through a series of movements to release the hips, mobilise the spine and release the shoulders and lower back, whilst using your breath to facilitate the movements. This class is slow, gentle and calming – perfect for the end of the day, especially after being sat down for a long period of time.
