30 // beginners pilates

A slower and more gentle full body Pilates class for beginners or those who are new to MWM or Maia Well Co. classes, whilst also being suitable for anyone more experienced who’d like to revisit the fundamentals of Pilates and go gently. This class will go through the fundamentals and an intro to many of the exercises we explore at a faster pace or stronger intensity during more intermediate / advanced classes. All you need is yourself and a mat. Enjoy!
