30 // guest grounding power yoga

A strong 30 minute yoga flow with our guest teacher Laura. Expect a balance of challenging power and grounding movement, ending with some calming breath-work. You can use optional yoga blocks if you’re tighter in the hamstrings. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced.
