30 // lower body + abs w/ band

A 30 minute class focusing on toning and sculpting abs, legs and glutes using a mini band. You can of course do this class without a band if you don’t have one, but it’s included for extra pilates burn. For more advanced, you could also add ankle weights after trying the class, for even more of a challenge!
