30 // sculpt + lengthen pilates 2

A 30 minute version of our signature full body Sculpt & Lengthen Pilates class. This class is full body, using Pilates exercises designed to sculpt and lengthen the body from head to toe. We use optional mini hand weights, but you are welcome to do the class without any equipment as well. We recommend 1kg weights or bala bands.
