30 // tone + strengthen 2

A 30 minute version of our signature full body Tone & Strengthen Pilates class. This class is full body, using Pilates exercises designed to tone and strengthen the body from head to toe. We use optional mini hand weights and mini glute band band, but you are welcome to do the class without any equipment as well. We recommend 1kg weights or bala bands.
