A steady beginner yoga flow by guest teacher Laura Dodd, covering the basics of yoga, working with introductions to postures and techniques. Building the strength and flexibility to progress our practice with less tricky transitions, working with the breath throughout to calm the mind and connect to you, finishing with a peaceful savasana. Optional equipment: two blocks, otherwise you could use books instead.
