This is a dynamic, flowing and energising 45 min vinyasa yoga class from our guest yoga teacher, Laura Dodd. Expect to develop strength and flexibility and connect to you, a transformational workout for body and mind.
The class will begin with a warm up, sun salutations, standing and then seated postures finishing with a calming savasana. All you need is yourself, a mat and two blocks (or books if you don’t have blocks).
