45 // restore + recharge pilates

This 45 minute Pilates class is designed to strengthen, restore and recharge the body from head to toe. This class is low impact, but you will feel that Pilates burn. We use a small Pilates ball (you could use a small cushion) and there’s a short section you can use mini hand weights. All equipment is optional and the full class can be done without.
