A 45 min signature Pilates class to sculpt and lengthen from head to toe. This class starts with a stretch using the resistance band. If you don’t have one, I recommend using a dressing gown cord or equivalent. Alternatively, you can use your hands for the stretch. Mini hand weights are also optional. Enjoy!
