Our signature full Sculpt & Lengthen Pilates class. This class is full body, using Pilates exercises designed to sculpt and lengthen the body from head to toe. This class uses optional mini hand weights and a resistance band, but you are welcome to do the class without any equipment as well. We recommend 1kg weights or bala bands.
