Our signature full body Tone & Strengthen Pilates class, focusing on low impact and strong Pilates moves from head to toe, finishing with a side lying lower body series. This class can be done purely mat based, but there’s the option of using mini hand weights and glute band (or ankle weights) for those that have them. We recommend 1kg weights or wrist / ankle weights.
