A 60 minute flowing breath led power yoga class from our guest teacher Laura Dodd, working to build strength and stamina. Expect a strong workout balanced with softer flexibility enhancing poses, finishing with a peaceful savasana. All you need is yourself, a mat and one block (or book if you don’t have one).
