35 // prenatal full body signature

A 35 minute full body signature Pilates, focusing on releasing, mobilising, flowing and strengthening, all in a prenatal friendly way. All you need during this classes is yourselves and a mat. As with all prenatal classes, please listen to your body and rest as needed.

25 // prenatal sculpt, tone, lengthen

A 25 minute prenatal mat based sculpt, tone and lengthen pilates class. This is one of our signature classes, adapted to trimester two of pregnancy. To add a little extra challenge, you can add in small hand weights (bala bands or 1kg hand weights) but this is entirely optional. As with all prenatal classes, please listen to your body and rest as needed.

20 // prenatal pilates stretch

A slow and calming 20 minute prenatal stretch class for those days when you may have little energy, or may be experiencing any pregnancy-related aches or discomfort. Most suitable for trimesters one and two.

As with all prenatal classes, please listen to your body and rest as needed.

20 // prenatal low impact cardio

A 20 minute prenatal mat based low impact cardio pilates class. To add a little extra challenge, you can add in small hand weights throughout (bala bands or 1kg hand weights). Make sure to stay hydrated and as with all prenatal classes, please listen to your body, take it at your own pace and rest as needed. Please note this class won’t be suitable if you’re experiencing SPD or PGP due to many of the exercises standing on one leg.
