Guest class: 30 min Dynamic Full Body Flow

A dynamic yoga inspired full body flow strengthening the whole body by working into the shoulders, core and glutes. In this class, we work into detoxifying twists and find release and connection through the breath. Finishing with a calming savasana. All you will need is yourself and a mat (optional two blocks).
