: 30 min post holiday pilates
DAY 5
: 15 min arms + abs
DAY 6
: Rest day
DAY 7
: 30 min calming + restorative pilates
WEEK 2 CLASSES
DAY 8
: 30 min wake up full body pilates
DAY 9
: 20 min standing lower body pilates
DAY 10
: 30 min walk + optional 10 min lower body stretch
DAY 11
: 45 min signature dynamic pilates
DAY 12
: 25 min full body stretch + release

: 30 min walk + rest
