We are so excited to be launching The Bump Collection to Move With Maia this summer.
A specially designed Prenatal Pilates library hosted within MWM, with classes tailored towards each trimester, to support you throughout your entire pregnancy.
Any existing MWM members that become pregnant & want to continue with their practice can transition over from the main library to the prenatal library or you can join as a new member at any stage of pregnancy (providing you have sign off from your doctor / midwife & no contraindications to exercise).
Our founder, Zoe-Maia, has filmed these classes throughout her own pregnancy so will be with you every step of the way, sharing Pilates inspired movement that is safe & supportive to both you & baby. We can’t wait to welcome you & your bumps!
