Welcome to The Bump Collection, our on demand platform of prenatal Pilates classes, designed to take you through each and every stage of pregnancy, in a safe, nurturing and supportive way, hosted within the Move With Maia virtual studio and created by our founder Zoe-Maia.

As you will see, there are Prenatal Friendly and Prenatal Specific classes, split across trimesters, from the start to end of pregnancy and are modified and adapted as we progress through. Each trimester features exercises taking into account our growing bumps, energy levels and the most suitable movement to focus on at each stage.

IMPORTANT: Before getting started, please take a moment to watch our Welcome Video below and read through the Pregnancy Fact Sheet and Safety Document. This shares more information around why and how we modify in prenatal Pilates, alongside guidance around the changes our bodies go through, what to look out for, safety recommendations, alternative exercises should you be experiencing PGP or SPD and more.

Please note that by taking part in the Bump Collection classes, you agree to have no contraindications to exercise and if you're new to Pilates, you have been given the go ahead by your midwife or doctor to take this up.
