Move With Maia Pilates Challenge

Spring Summer Series
. I'm so happy to have you here!
This series runs between 14.05 - 27.05 and will consists of a 14 day schedule that as a MWM community, we will move through together.
You will find the full schedule (on demand and live) below. You can also download each week and tick off as you go and feel that sense of achievement each day. Please note, some classes are new and currently set as 'private' but will be going live once the series begins.

LIVE CLASSES
To book into the live classes, you will need to set up an account if you haven't already.

PLAYLISTS
You can access our SS Series
playlists
via Spotify (search zoe.jarchevska). You will find new playlists called
SS Series Week 1
and
SS Series Week 2
, plus an
SS Series Chill
playlist (for any calming / stretch classes and walks).
All classes are mat based, some with optional equipment for those that have it (mini hand weights / ankle weights, glute band, small ball) but you can do all classes just you and your body.
Note: This challenge is not suitable for pregnancy, however there are two live classes that will be pregnancy friendly (Upper & Lower Body Pilates Sculpt and Standing Barre Inspired Pilates).
WEEK 1 CLASSES

: 25 min slow + strong pilates
Sunday
: 1 hour walk + 10 min bedtime stretch + breathwork
Monday
: 15 min energising pilates (optional mini hand weights)
Tuesday
: 45 min
LIVE
full body signature or swap with 50 min full body signature on demand below
Wednesday
: Rest day
Thursday
: 30 min
LIVE
upper + lower body sculpt or swap with 30 min upper + lower body sculpt on demand below (optional mini hand weights, ankle weights + small ball)
Friday
: 10 min feel good stretchy flow and / or 10 min pilates abs

standing barre inspired pilates or swap with 25 min standing barre inspired pilates on demand below (optional mini hand / ankle weights)
Thursday
: 10 min lower body reset stretch and / or 10 min pilates arms (optional mini hand weights) +
Friday
: 30 min
LIVE
tone + strengthen pilates or swap with 30 min tone + strengthen on demand below (optional glute band + mini hand weights)
