This class includes a short tutorial on how to support the neck during abdominal exercises in Pilates. The first half of the video demonstrates tips, advice and the link between the neck, shoulders and abdominals. The second half of the video demonstrates a series of abdominal exercises to strengthen your core, whilst protecting the neck throughout – in this section we use a small Pilates ball, but you could use a small cushion instead.
